No matter the occasion everyone is sure to have a wonderful time at your next party if you book a 'Photoshoot Party' with me.

I will bring a backdrop and  some stobe/flash lights with a  great selection of fun party props to take photographs with. For the fashion conscious teenager you can simply have a friends shoot on location with or without  props and a backdrop. I will provide you with unforgettable, custom, high-quality fun and silly portraits that you and your guests will love.

What you will need

 

An area big enough for for me to set up a backdrop  and some lighting.  Your home or a venue of your choice.

What is included

 

• Photoshoot Invitation.  Personalised with your name and details of your party - provided digitally optimised for printing and social media.

• A choice from 3 different backdrops.  Black/White/Sparkles. 

• Party Props will be provided.  Various fun props including  chalk and chalkboard speech bubbles  props for your to write your own personal messages on. 

• 1.5  to 1.45 hour photoshoot for up to 12 guests.   (Additional guests can be added on at $30 per guest).   I'll take as many pictures as I can get in the hour.  A mixture of group shots and individual shots of the party host with each of their guests. 

• Photoshoot Thank you card. Personalised with photo’s from your party on a standard template - will provided digitally optimised for printing and social media.

• Minimum of 45  images  will be made available in a private password protected gallery for viewing within 72 hours from the shoot.  Photo’s will be watermarked and optimised for downloaded and sharing online.  

• 8 x digital images selected by Host, will be made available for download in full quality optimised for printing.

• 1 x  digital image per guest  (Total 11) selected by guests will be made for download in full quality optimised for printing.  Guests will be provided with a card at function/event which  will includes password to gallery and a code to download selected image.

What is not included

 

• Package includes up to 8 guests.  A fee of $30 per guest over 8 will be charged

• A standard photoshoot party Invitation  will be provided and personalised with your name and details of party.  For an additional $30 to $50  (depends on complexity of design)  you can have your invitation personalised with the theme of your party and or include photo's or design requests. 

• Digital Photoshoot thank you card -  personalised with photo’s from your party - provided digitally optimised for printing will be provided. For an additional fee you can select which photo's are included and or  have the card personalised with your theme and photo's of your choice.  Cost will depend on complexity of design. 

• I have a wide range of party props available to use.  I will try and accomodate colour and themes when brining props but if you have a theme then you are responsible for providing your own props to cater to the theme. 

• No printing is included of photo's, invitations or thank you cards.   Can be included at additional costs.  Please request a price list from me.   

• Prints, canvas and framing can be provided for all of the above options at an additional cost.    Costs range from $5 upwards depending on size and type of print. 

• Additional Images an be made available for viewing. (package includes up to 48)

• Additional full quality images can are purchased. (package includes 20)
